Buckwheat groats

Buckwheat is obtained from buckwheat grains. To obtain buckwheat, buckwheat grains undergo processing: separation of the kernel from the shells, followed by steaming. Buckwheat contains fiber, essential amino acids, useful carbohydrates, lecithin. Buckwheat has a special value due to its rich protein composition, which is comparable in some respects with meat, as well as with legumes.
